How widely available are these poisons?

Depends on your definition of widely. They're not sold right alongside bread and milk. But if someone wants a poison bad enough, they'll eventually be able to get one, even with the flood and shortages. If they have access to a Growth user who would help them, it'd be even easier.

Have you met any Growth users? I don't think they're going to be eager to peddle poisons.

But it doesn't hurt to be prepared, either way.
